“The first impression from our kids was priceless as this was the first time seeing the ocean and to have it right out our window was awesome. It was a perfect place for our first time exploring the island. It would have been nice having the beach access right outside the door, but then I don’t think we would have explored as much. Loved having coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crashing in.”

“This was a great area, we have stayed in the area previously. We did not use the rooftop much because it faced the parking lot. The host was very responsive. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs and accessories. The beach towels could definitely be updated. We also bought ice trays because there were none in the freezer. “Absolutely loved the location and the view was just as described. Wonderful local food options near by and beach was extremely close. Condo had everything we needed and communication was easy and quick. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. My only complaint was finding the entrance when driving yourself. Our map apps didnt direct us to the right location. I would suggest stating the business infront of the entrance gates ro help locate easier. ”

“Booking with Iris and Angel was a breeze - the property was well-located, they responded quickly, and everything was exactly as described. When there was a slight hiccup in our arrival Iris was quick to help and guide us through exactly what we needed to access the space. This spot was the perfect home base for a few nights in Fajardo. “Super clean place with very comfortable beds! Kitchen was well supplied with what we needed and it has a great porch to relax on. Slight mix-up checking in but Omar was easy to reach to fix the problem. House has everything you need to go to the beach also. A few things are older but overall a wonderful space, beds were great and they are the most important part of a rental. We had a great time and can't wait to come back to Puerto Rico.”

“We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!”

“Everything was perfect. The owner replies quickly and the property manager was on time with the keys and available if we needed him. Both very friendly.The condo was in a great location, secure and very well maintained. Cute decor and had beach chairs, beach towels and coolers available. The A/C worked great which are a must in PR. Nice Beach just foot steps away. We will definitely be using this place again ”

“Condo is very nice. 3 pools of various depths. We used the pool closest to the apt as we has young children. “Overall location was amazing. Beautiful beach views. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking 10/10 I definitely recommend. We enjoyed our stay in Rio Grande. I recommend booking excursions prior to arriving to Puerto Rico Ubers can be pricey. Power did go out completely our last night which was a bit scary but there were flashlights throughout the unit. I wasn’t aware that Puerto Rico lose power frequently but I can’t wait to return back & stay here again. Thank you! ”

“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

“I didnt like check in. They had all my info basically doubled down and asked for even more. The ID + face shot was just weird. I do that for sportsbook only, have no clue why a hotel would design the same.
