“We stayed here for a bachelorette party and to go on a float trip. The property was nice, clean, and as described. There’s plenty space and bathrooms! It is helpful to know there is no cell phone signal or WiFi in this area. The fridge is not the best so I would recommend bringing plenty of ice and coolers. Overall it was an excellent stay! Thank you for the hospitality”

“Our stay in the beautiful schoolhouse in New Haven, MO was totally worth it! So wonderfully built and accommodated and the property was pristine to pull up to. It was like you entered a magazine spread being photographed for the world to see. Truly impeccable. The lights, the flooring, the counters, the stairs, the ceilings, truly someone knew what they were doing. The two master bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms within were a delight. Then the two shower heads and pressure in……

“This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver.”

“the house was so very very comfortable and large enough to house 16 of our family. it was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. we had a family float trip and was only a few miles from the resort. HIGHLY recommend this location and host. THIS HOME MADE OUR FAMILY TRIP EVEN MORE MEMORABLE”

“We had a great time. Was big enough for all of us. Was very private the pavilion was great. The kids enjoyed the sand volleyball. Our dog enjoyed the large area too. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towels Overall it was great!!!”

“The house was perfect for a girls weekend with plenty of space to sit and relax in the house and outside. The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Although not located in Hermann, it’s a quick drive, and ride share information was at the house to utilize. I don’t have a single complaint!”

“We had an amazing girls trip staying at this adorable rental in Hermann! The house was beautifully decorated with cute touches throughout that made it feel so welcoming and cozy. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed — from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything in town but still peaceful and private. “The property is listed to sleep 10. There are 3 full/queen beds-2 sleepers in each bed makes 6. The only other option is a sectional in the living room which does not fold out to a sleeper. With one person on each side of the sectional, the house sleeps 8 max. Our two sofa sleepers were not very comfortable, sofa is soft which made it hot to sleep on. Listing should be revised. ”
