“This is an amazing old building. They managed to modernize without getting rid of the charm, including original floors. The room was large, but cozy. Instead of your typical hotel room, the decor and finishes really make it feel homey. The staff was great. We let them know we would be checking in quite late, and even though they didn't have an overnight desk person scheduled, the guy at the desk stayed until we got there at 2 a.m. The attached Mexican restaurant was delicious. “One of the good ones in every sense of the word! Somewhat outside of Abingdon itself but really easy to get to from the Main Street. Quiet, very clean, very helpful and nice staff, some absolutely beautiful views all around the place. A very enjoyable Mexican restaurant very close by, delicious food with great prices. I would love to stay here again any time, seriously.”
