“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better……

“Do not stay at this location. I paid in full to stay for one night and the host messaged me after the fact that I could not stay. I had to call VRBO for 3 days to get my refund underway. Do not stay here you will just lose your money.”

“I stayed at this house for my 22nd birthday! The house was very clean and very gorgeous! The check in process was great and the additional fence and gate around the home made me feel very safe. I will say the freeway is extremely loud as I was woken up from cars with loud exhausts. The master bed is also quite uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was great! ”

I told them I had booked the property for a few nights, and they told me they were staying there for a few days and won't be leaving. I tried to reach out to the owner didn’t get a response .. I kept calling for at least 2 days no response…when they finally contact me back I’ve would’ve only have 1 day left to stay… anywho they refused to give me my money back… then told me that they would……
