“I stay here quite often, usually a high rating, but seems much has slipped a notch or 2. One of the elevators was not working, checkin took more time than usual, overall condition and feel was not 5 star as always before, and in my reservation I specifically requested a room away from elevators and ice machine, but assigned room was right by elevator and ice machine. Will stay here again, but a bit disappointed. ”

“First time stayed here . First floor. Room smells no good. A lot noise from upstairs . And people smoke by the door. ”

“No facilities in room, no water no coffee maker nothing it was available in the lobby but the coffee was cold and so was hot water. We visited a 2homes Hilton and we had a mini kitchen, for similar price so we won’t be coming to Tru Hilton again”
