“It was a nice stay but I was disappointed the fireplace didnt work, it was hot out when i checked in so I didnt turn it on until later when it got cooler; when I asked the desk about it I was told maintenence had to turn it on? And they were gone for the night...I am wondering why they would rent out a room with a fireplace and turn it off so it cannot be used? (Pilot light was on, it wasnt broken just the switch was disconnected) Make sure it is working when you check in. Also was disappointed……

“Overall this was a decent stay. The gentleman that checked us in seemed rather tired and out of it when we got there around 3pm. He didn't know how to assign us our digital key in the Bonvoy app which was a bit of a let down. Later that day we requested a couple more coffee pods from the same front desk guy. He said he would have housekeeping deliver them but it never happened. The room itself was pretty decent. A broken door handle on the closet. The toilet would run and refill itself……

“Staff was very kind, helpful in resolving a concern during check-in, and politely answered any question that I had. The room had a great view that overlooked the Yampa River.”

“The hotel is very nice, rooms basic, beds super comfy. When I checked in there was some billing confusion but the next day the manager, Crystal, came to the rescue. She was beyond helpful and generous and did her best to rectify the situation. She came up with solutions and went out of her way to fix the problem that was out of her control. I cannot say enough about her caring attitude and follow up. I 100% recommend this hotel!”
