“The staff was wonderful! Extremely friendly. The pool is awesome and the pool lounge area is amazingly comfortable! We stayed an extra day we loved it so much! My grand daughter loved hanging out in the pool and lounge area! There are many ‘picture taking sitting areas’ to take portable pics to social media! “I am not clear why....maybe staffing issues or supply/demand but the airport transportation (I also understand it could be a 3rd party taking care of it) should be a little more accommodating and available. We had to wait 25 min at the airport. ”
