“We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. “We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. ”

“We booked last minute without really doing any research but we got a lovely room with a bath/shower. The staff were all very welcoming, down to earth and friendly. Ideally located. “Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful.”

“Right from the booking in until we left. The lady that booked us was very polite and helpful. We had a priemer room on the top floor. The view was great, it looked over to the pier and beach. The room was really big, the bed was massive really comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable price and you had good options. We were only 5 minutes away from the town centre and shops. Definitely go back in the future. ”

“Care to spot the entrance to the hotel is needed, as the road is busy. The hotel is comfortable. We had a problem finding the room, as the numbers of the rooms aren’t sequential. It would be useful to be told that when checking in as it was confusing. We attended a concert and it was lovely to have a room and avoid an hour’s drive home afterwards. ”
