“No parking and staff does not give recommendations. Found a garage on spot hero that worked out. Location is great, walking distance to all of the major attractions, dining, etc. surrounding city is loud which we expected and was fine. “Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. “The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“The unit looks fine and austere, but a very weird odor persisted in the apartment and getting stronger in the corridor and the elevator. Really annoying and nauseous for someone having higher nasal sensitivity. “The room was excellent and had all the amenities you need to feel like you’re home. The property is walking distance from all public transportation. The building itself is beautiful. It’s hard not to stare at it. Loved that there was an Aldi walking distance to have by a few groceries during my stay. ”

“Cozy and well-appointed, larger than it looks in pictures with decent sized shower. The location is great with good access to some of the best parts of Philly. The bed is comfortable and the host is highly responsive and kind in communicating. Fits 2 people quite comfortably. ”

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
