“My room was very clean upon entry. The single king bed room is decently spacious and the bathroom was really clean. The sink handle was a little stuck but worked fine otherwise. Definitely a nice property with a great price.”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios……
“The apartment was really clean. There are many shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the walk of fame. We didn’t like that we could hear people walking above us at all hours, but this is no fault of the owner. The place itself was excellent and we would stay there again. ”

The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard.
The swimming pool is also nice and clean.

“We stayed here for our Anniversary getaway, which when I reached out to see if there was additional things we could add they did upgrade us to a bigger room which was very nice. I chose it cause it was was close to the venue we were going to that night. The area is not the greatest in Hollywood if you dont know what you are getting into by it is not horrible. The hotel itself was great, Herbert who helped us check in was absolutely amazing. However, the rest of the staff interactions were……

Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
