“Great place. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Close to town for restaurants and bars but right off main road that takes you down the west coast of Seneca lake. So, easy drive to the wineries. I would definitely book again if we return. PS: 2 parking spots for the unit are available. Had a few conversations with the host and she responded immediately. ”

“This is our second time staying at the cutest apartment in Geneva! It's beautifully appointed. Fresh flowers, a basket of snacks and a great bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are new and spotless. The linens are both pretty and cozy. We have a freshman athlete at Hobart so we spend lots of time in Geneva in the winter / spring and look forward to many more stays at Kelly's suite. ”

In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! “Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch!
