“I could over look the dead cockroach and the tv not working. But it is unacceptable to not have any hot water.. I am very upset and want a refund we left the next dat when told their is nothing that can be done abouthot water.”

“Gorgeous views and so much to do onsite. Property Manager Carmen was quick to respond when we had one issue and went above and beyond to solve it immediately. Fantastic!!”

“Had trouble with the TV HDMI it turned out the HDMI cable was unplugged. Door lock was hard to lock and unsecured. No additional rolls of toilet paper. Unit needs updating!”

“Had a folding couch which worked as sleeper. Clean. Quiet. Brought towels and new sheets without asking. V family friendly. Has coffee maker, bring ground. Small Keurig might be nice? Just a thought. Great room ”

“We stayed in 1835. The decor was so cute! We loved sitting down by the water on the areas they had for guest to relax. They only improvement was a more comfortable couch for the living room. We were busy during the day but wanted to watch tv to relax at night. The room itself was clean especially the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We really liked our stay, the room was clean and property was nice. We also left my sons stuffed animal in room and the hotel was able to find it and ship it to us which made my sons day when it arrived :) ”
