“I am a fireman that ironically lost everything to a fire in my home while I was on duty. Having met Dawn as the first person outside my department and family after the fire was the best experience I could have had. Her empathy and kindness go unmeasured. “Checking in took way longer than it should have. The representative tried to charge me again although I kept expressing I’d already paid through Expedia. A 50$ cash deposit is required at property so be prepared for that. The worst part and reason I’m sure to write this review is the uncleanliness of the room.
