“There is nothing charming about this apartment. Nothing. When you walk in, it smells like an ashtray combined with a damp odor. The smell was so bad, I had to purchase candles and glad plugin's in order to stay there for the duration. The listing advertises a television, which it did have. However, the wall outlet didn't work. So, again, I had to purchase a 25 ft' cable extension to run across the unit in order to plug in television and my laptop in order to work at the table and that was on top……

“Unit was clean and perfect size for 2 people. Loved that we were able to take our fur babies with us. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people upstairs above unit but not too bad. Great location access to highway and all the downtown spots. Very accommodating and responsive host. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay. Check in process was smooth and easy. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was so luxurious after a long day. ”

“Black mold, bugs (both dead and alive!), leaking AC units, windows that don’t lock. Terrible. Not making this up… I have photos and videos. Just don’t stay here - it’s cheap for a reason! Did I mention visible black mold!?!? Not clean, not healthy, not safe. ”

“Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay.”
