“Had a great 10 days at this property, if in Ibiza would definitely stay here again. Reception staff were excellent and helpful , pool was lovely and it has a lovely beach just at the bottom of the steps.indoor pool was great but it is cold beware ! “The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”
