“A beautiful gem of a hotel situated on Mt. Varese, quiet and with an impeccable view of the surroundings. A great destination for a little getaway. The building itself is old, but charming and well-kept. Our room extended across two floors, with the bedroom on the bottom and the bathroom (with a shower cell, toilet and bidet) upstairs. “We had a very nice stay at this property. The host was super friendly, accommodating and pro-active. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and the breakfast really good. We could only stay one night, but would always consider to come back to this when in the area. Highly recommended!”

“Bigatt is the nicest surprise I have ever had for a hotel stay. The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. ”

“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”
