It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. “The apartment is well located and very nicely accommodated. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Three of the four bedrooms do now contain new portable air-conditioning units. There is no air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom, kitchen/living area, or bath. The first week of Julne had hot days and the temperature never fell below 80 degrees in most areas. There are 4 fans which made it manageable- ish. The host stated that they would continue to improve the insufficient air. Our family spent……
