I understand it is a older hotel and I could go to other locations, but I prefer this one because the man upfront who checked me in from my online reservation was super friendly, very polite and helped me get in the room as it was pouring down rain and he saw my things were getting soaked. ”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
