“I asked during the booking process if I could get an invoice with the fees combined into the nightly fees. The owner, who was very responsive, said they couldn't do that. So I asked them not to accept my booking. They said that they wouldn't accept my booking but then they DID after about 24 hours. VRBO and I engaged them several times and while they said they would provide a refund, they did nothing. Now I'm forced to go to my credit card company.”
