“We arrived to our hotel in terrible weather and we're a bit concerned about the parking situation but the valet service made things easy for us and Pierre-Antoine was exceptional in unpacking our car and getting us setup in our room. Our room was ready in advance and I was able to temporarily store my triathlon bike on the main floor while we got organized.
