“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“What a wonderful stay we had at this property. Very walkable to Old Quebec City. Cafes and restaurants just outside your door! The unit has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. As we were on a road trip the first thing we did was to do our laundry in the unit. Your own detergent is required. Parking was available across the street. If you are in P401 be aware there are steep stairs but well worth the climb.”

“Superbe loft très propre pour vraiment pas cher. Le stationnement juste en face très pratique. Nous étions 4 et avons passés du bon temps. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir se cuisiner notre souper. Il manquait par contre quelques petites choses (essuie-tout, nappe ou napperons, saran wrap ou papier aluminium, plat de service, bol à chips). La terrasse n’est présentement pas sécuritaire mais elle a l’air en rénovation. Nous espérons qu’elle le sera quand nous reviendrons sûrement cette été. Un endroit……
