“Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!”

“We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. Very comfortable for 2 but would have been okay with 3 and pushing a couple twins together. Had a nice……

“This was a nice place to stay as we spent a couple of days on the Buffalo River. Very clean, quiet and well stocked. The snacks were also a plus!!”

“It was a great property that is close enough to hiking trails, Jaspar or just for relaxing. Our pups enjoyed sitting outside and just listening and watching. We were hesitant to book because of the reviews of barking dogs but it didn’t bother us at all. You could tell they were brought in and out all day.”
