“Location is good. The view of the hotel is good too. ”

“We liked the well appointed suite and walkable distance to nice restaurants. We had to chase down the access codes for the building entrance and suite the night before arrival. We were told there was daily housekeeping and daytime management, there was neither. We would suggest the cleaning staff adjust the room temp to 20 degrees. Our suite was hot on arrival, above 24 degrees, and took a full day to cool. A note in room or text about where to access towels and discard garbage would have been……

“We had a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful. Good breakfast, the croissant and bagel are must try. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.”

“We loved how close the property was to many great shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful and beautifully decorated. The off-street parking was in a pretty tight garage - best for a small car. Unfortunately there was never enough hot water to use the large bath in the royal suite but we were able to shower fine. Overall we had a great time here and would stay again in the future”

“Amazing hotel ”

“So this place was a great stay for us, a small apartment type stay with everything you need including full fridge, washer dryer, and the location really couldn't be better, we parked and walked for nearly our whole stay. The checkin was no touch and easy, same with check out. I really don't have any complaints, there is no cleaning during your stay which is too be expected in this type of accomodations, if you like this type of travell this place will be good for you”

“Good hotel, I was a bit weirded out by their whole remote front desk thingy, but it was a nice short stay. Clean and comfy room. Public transit easily available, near tourists areas.”

“Ideal solution for small groups looking to stay in Quebec City, for competition, visiting the city or to attend to a show, whether short or long term. Close to downtown and the university, but far enough away to avoid traffic. Three bedrooms with adjoining balconies, two bathrooms, and a kitchen (yes, a full kitchen!) were very popular. We didn't stay long enough to prepare our meals, but I'm sure many will appreciate it. here's no reception desk, but you can reach the staff by phone for most……
