“I love the industrial look of these suites. A lot of brick, big pieces of lumber, simple furnishings, comfortable beds, and the convenience of a kitchenette. Kind of annoying not to have any soap for the shower. There was conditioner and shampoo, but no body soap at all, had to ask for it and got it the next day. Also, the only coffee provided was decaf. Just little details that make a big difference in a one or two nights stay.”

“Absolutely loved staying at this property. The location, newness, people, breakfast, choices for dinner are excellent. It's so close to the highway. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the bath tub is perfect for a long road trip relaxation. I will be back and will look for other Springhill Suites when I travel. Some take pets ... Yay. “Everything was great. The staff was nice and accommodating and the room was large, clean and quiet. We had a wedding in Troutville and the hotel was very convenient to the wedding venue. ”

“The hotel was upgraded and smelled fresh. The grounds were clean. The breakfast station was really eye appealing. Overall everything was good. However the pool was so cold. I feel the heater was not working. All the families were shivering in the water. I did not like the fact the water was so cold in the pool area. However the pool was clean and gym area too.”
