“It was as comfortable as visiting a relative's home. The hygiene was very clean and tidy, spotless. The mattress, bedding and towels were very comfortable and soft. All the necessities were provided. Fresh blueberry muffins and coffee were provided for the morning. ”

“When I checked in to the hotel I was told that quiet time was 10pm and that it was strictly enforced. First night was fine, second night there were noisy people next door. Tried to call front desk and there was no answer. Tried calling several times, no answer. Next morning I informed the person working the desk. I was told that I was supposed to leave a message and they would address the situation the next morning. That kind of management does nothing for a situation that needs attention……
