“We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting……

“We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). The description informed us……

“This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00……
