“The studio was small but comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent: just a block from Rockaway Beach, close to great restaurants, and convenient to the S train. I’d also recommend taking the ferry to Manhattan for incredible skyline views—it’s within walking distance from the property.The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first glance, but it was quiet at night, and I had no problems during my stay. “We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.”

It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol.
