“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. “The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).”

“The hotel is very nice. The room I stayed in was small, yet comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very nice. The location is great. I wish the parking situation was better or there was an option for offsite. Because on Friday night you will night find anywhere to park. ”
