“muy buena la atención de las personas, ademas no se de desesperan por la propina (como pasa en otros hoteles de dominicana). El personal de seguridad muy atento a todo. La comida buena y variada. Muy entretenido los eventos que arman durante todo el día. La bebidas no es un fuerte del hotel, las gaseosas no tienen gas ni buen sabor, las sirven con poco hielo por mas que les pidas hielo extra. “Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return.
