“I don’t even know where to start! This property was absolutely stunning! The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s so many things that make this an amazing place to stay! “Loved my stay here! The staff was extremely nice and even let me check in a little earlier than advertised. The streets can be a bit noisy, but I’m from the Bronx so it didn’t faze me — it actually felt like home. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with plenty of food options, shopping, and historical sites all within walking distance. “My gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance. Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While it’s located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so it’s nice and quiet and I didn’t have any safety concerns. “Our stay at Hugo's was perfect in every way! They were so accommodating for us. The building was perfectly situated by the plaza where there was nighttime dancing and music. Walkable all over Old San Juan. Inside things were very clean, quiet and unique. Unique. Glad I didn't go with just another chain hotel. And then the bed... Seriously I was tempted to find the name brand of it. It was so incredibly comfortable!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“Clean and spacious room. Seems ratively recently renovated. Very good breakfast included. Nice pool area. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location is good even thought its not located right at the beach front, it is probably 15 min walk to the nearest public beach. Decent pricing. Overall very good stay.”
