“Property was nice. The hills were a little difficult to maneuver and not for people with disabilities.”

“Grants home was the perfect place for our group. We enjoyed every level of the house. The views are spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Definitely get the golf carts. There was an issue with the hot water and pressure but not giving a bad review because as a host myself I know sometimes these Things happen. We had Able and Nancy cook for us 2 nights I highly recommend that. ”

“Great villa in great location”

“We were there for a bachelor party - 10 guys in our 30s. The place is in a good location in the hotel zone and had plenty of space with large indoor / outdoor common areas. We had a few issues with being unable to get in touch with someone for check in and mild maintenance and the maid service came in and started cleaning early each morning after we asked to hold off. Not necessarily a bad thing but a little less private than we had imagined. Overall a good stay at a good rate for a large group……

She called us before to make sure we had everything we needed, she gave amazing recommendations for surf lessons, zip lining, restaurants, etc. We can’t wait to find another date to come back and visit! “I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! ”

“We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night……
