“This property is beautiful and the staff is top notch. I had some concerns for the owner and she never returned any of my messages. This place is expensive so I wasn’t expecting to have to pay extra to rent golf carts or a side by side since the two the house provided didn’t work. We had a water heater issue and an AC issue as well as the power went out. Although the staff was so amazing and the property is beautiful I expected to hear back regarding the issues we did have during our stay. ”

“This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Me along with 11 of my guys celebrated a bachelor party in Sayulita, and each and every one of us knew that we had the best house in town. From the warm pool that was inviting at every hour of the day and night, to the clean, comfortable rooms and beds, the daily housekeeping (gracias Alicia) that seemed to make the mess from the night before vanish without you knowing they were even there, to the responsiveness of the house manager,……

Barbara the manager or owner was always available by message as well. The house itself was perfect for our group, incredible views.perfectly appointed rooms, clean, inviting and the perfect place for a reunion, friends or family or otherwise. It was a dream! ”

“We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services. The hosts offered to cover them given the circumstances. Note we never asked them for a refund or money. The hosts brought us to the police & had the safes……

“This property is exactly as advertised and well equipped to entertain. We had a group of 11 for our trip and the 6 separate bedrooms were perfect for us. The location was close to town, an easy walk but I would recommend renting a golf cart for your trip, you'll be happy you did. The property manager, Ernesto, was excellent and gave us a great tour of the home when we arrived. He was available for anything we needed during our stay. Our group wasn't bothered by it, but of the 6 rooms, only two……

“We could not take a shower till 1030. The next day couldn't get towels from the onsite host. I rented a golf cart. But couldn't get an answer which one was mine till 4 hours after being there. So we ended up walking into town. To buy water and get some dinner. There was only one stool to sit on with barely 2 square feet to read or set your wallet or purse down The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep. There was a big construction site thirty feet from where we were tryiny sleeping ……
