“Overall everything was great. We had a small issue with the toilet not working but our guy Sergio had it taken care of right away. The last 24 hours there was a strange water gurglung sound coming from the ceiling but if you were up dancing to the loud music then you wouldnt have heard it. Overall its still a great place. “The condo was great. Was very spacious for the two of us with AC. The private pool was great too as it was shaded and heated— a good break from the beaches. The condo is also in a quiet part of the town but still a short -3 min golf cart ride into town and the beaches. Lastly, Mollie was a great host. Recommended getting the golf cart (which I agree with) as well as recommendations for food/sight seeing!”

“We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. We were only staying one night in Sayulita and didn’t need the kitchen, but we were grateful for the full size refrigerator and amenities. We will definitely come back!”

“We came to Sayulita for my son's spring break—he’s 15—and had such a great stay. Efren was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation from the airport and personally greeting us when we arrived. “Ugly neighborhood but once in, a fantastic place. It was small but ok! The location is close to all. The pool area is dantastic and expised to full sun. I am hoping that something bigger is also available to rent. Perjaps a one or even two bedroom. It was right next to our all time favorite place to order chicken. I have know the owner for years. “I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!”

“We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay”

“The house is exactly like the pictures!! Very, very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Sheets super soft. Pool is clean and refreshing. A little off the beaten path but a golf cart rental solved that problem and added fun. The host organized transport to and from the airport and assisted with the golf cart rental. ”

“The condo itself was great! Clean, spacious for a studio. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Very nice bed and pillows. The condo was a lot farther away from the ocean and centre of town than what it said in the listing. If you were Young and in shape no prpblem.
