The home is clean, but we didn’t realize that the common areas did not have air conditioning, so it made our evening hang outs a little sweaty. It’s definitely NOT a big issue, it’s just something we had to adjust to. The pool is small, but PERFECT for young children, so it ended up being a bonus. “House was perfect. Views to die for. Pool was amazing. Ted & Brenda were fantastic hosts. Communication was on point. Help refer us to a great driver that shuttled us all to and from airport even stopping at the grocery store to stock up. Gus the caretaker was also full of great information and set up a catered dinner for our arrival date along with a taxi ride to Punta De Mita for dinner one night. Ted also set up a golf cart that was delivered upon arrival. Highly recommend this place! ”

“The condo was great. Was very spacious for the two of us with AC. The private pool was great too as it was shaded and heated— a good break from the beaches. The condo is also in a quiet part of the town but still a short -3 min golf cart ride into town and the beaches. Lastly, Mollie was a great host. Recommended getting the golf cart (which I agree with) as well as recommendations for food/sight seeing!”
