“Everything is good but the staff. When I wanted some butter, which was included in breakfast, the staff just said "NO WAY". I could expect much better services in an even cheaper hotel.”

“地點方便，housekeeping 因爲必須要預約且預約還有規定兩天才能打掃一次，對於有使用設備煮東西的客人垃圾要先自行打包，沒打掃的那天要自行去櫃檯要毛巾、浴巾比較不方便。”

“寵物友善飯店.免費停車場.有簡易廚房可跟櫃台拿廚具.離210freeway很近.地理環境便利.房間夠大但是我房間浴室的浴缸有很久很大的汙垢.整體來說商務或是不求奢華的朋友,可以考慮. ”

“Let’s start with the good. Lovely neighborhood and location. Everything was very clean as well which was nice. However the beds were the worst nights sleep I’ve had in years. We both ended up sleeping on the couch bc the beds hurt our backs badly after one night. They are 1/2 inch old spring mattresses with no box springs. So if you’re cool with spending all this money but suffering through the night go for it. We left one night early bc the beds were that bad. Also the tv is one of the original……

“早餐比一般平價飯店贈送的免費早餐精緻好吃，二位早餐時段的女姓服務人員服務態度親切認真，早餐只供應到九點，所以要早點去。櫃檯人員也很熱情並能立即提供協助，飯店設施很新穎，房間整潔度也算滿意，四晚的住宿體驗非常舒適放鬆。附近環境就沒什麼特別的，飯店旁邊就有加油站和麥當勞，上班時間到各個LA著名景點都要花比較久的時間。”
