“I would like to say after renting so many different houses in PS for so many years this place was one of the best places we stayed, clean, organized, location was perfect so close to downtown PS few minutes of drive the communication was great with the owner/management very responsive, they even let us do early check in since there was no rental a day before, so quick to respond to messages, the house has everything you need, the pool was so clean, the backyard was huge, i would highly recommend……

“This house is in a low income neighborhood with abandoned houses - one right next door. Across the street the house has two big dogs that bark a lot, shades closed all the time, etc. A few people regularly walking around who looked like they could have been on something. I would NOT recommend coming here with kids. With that being said, we did not have any actual problems with neighbors and I don't think there is anything wrong with low income neighborhoods as long as you know what to expect. We……

“We came to Palm Springs for a few days to hike at Joshua Tree and explore the area. The Marley was a perfect home base. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the pool and hot tub, and the easy access and communication with our team associated with the property. We'll be back!”

“Hi - I was extremely thankful to get in early and be able to extend my check out. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I was staying in number eight, which I loved however when people were in the hot tub until 10 PM I could hear their conversations very clearly. I understand there were warnings about this, but I was surprised at how bad it was. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay very much.
