“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“We met with Mike when we arrived, and he explained Palm Springs rules, etc. and showed us where everything was in the condo. We loved the view from outside balcony, and really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Hope to stay here again next year!! We highly recommend this lodging!! ……

The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place! ”
