“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

Grady McGuire, the property manager was prompt in responding to any communication and made the whole transition very easy and reassuring. I will certainly stay here again! “Truly a home away from home in a quiet oasis in downtown Palm Springs. Couldn't ask for more! Two pools beautiful and quiet. Grounds are lovely. Condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need and more except actual groceries and your clothes! Kitchen had everything you could need including coffee, tea, spices, condiments etc which makes buying groceries so much simpler when away from home. Pool towels, grocery bags, chargers, just like home or better:) Thanks to Jason……

“This condo was clean, bright, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Location and views were wonderful. Bryan, the host, was responsive and helpful. We did have some problems with the pool/spa heat, but it was eventually fixed, and we received a refund for the days when the heater did not work. We liked the fact that the condo had two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a separate TV room. The TVs all had access to popular streaming channels. All in all, a great place to stay in Palm……

“Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs. ”

“My elderly dad and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting nearby family. Nice spot, had everything you'd basically look for: the only difficult thing was finding out the first night! If you only put in the street address, Waze does not take you right to the entrance Your best bet is to enter "Reserves at Madison Park" into Waze, and that gets you very close (and that is incidentally the name of the condo complex). Owner was very responsive, and answered his phone immediately when we were……
