“Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.”

“The location is perfect with a beautiful view,, near by a public parking, walkable to the city center, the front desk are amazing and so sweet, the room and the bathroom is huge, but it’s 3 stars hotel with no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby, I notice a bad smell in the bathroom but it’s was one night ”

“La experiencia ha sido muy buena y el dueño muy amable, el único inconveniente a parte de que a la hora de la entrada la llave nos la había dejado en el buzón y no lo sabíamos es que la televisión fallaba la antena ( para próximas estancias avisaremos). El desayuno abundante y muy bien para el precio que es. Solo ha sido una noche pero repetiría sin duda ”

“La habitación es cómoda y el entorno es muy bonito.A mejorar que el agua de la bañera se sale cuando te duchas pero el resto está muy bien.No encontramos el mando de la televisión pero fuimos solo a dormir así que ni llamamos para pedirlo tampoco.La recepcionista muy amable a la llegada,tuvimos que llamar al número de teléfono que hay disponible para que nos dieran las llaves. En general muy recomendable.”
