“This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. ”

“We had a good time. Felt that the property was clean and taken care of. Agree with some of the reviews with regards to the beds being a little bit uncomfortable but for the most part a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We like the third floor, the first floor would have no privacy and we were happy with the location. You will have to drag some luggage upstairs but for us it wasn't that big of a deal. Couldn't get any more convenient with regards to beach location. Public transportation was……
