“Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy. The whole property was spotlessly clean……

“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“The Hotel was lovely, and the room was also but unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of a wall. Was walkable to all amenities. The pool area was very quiet, probably too quiet. I feel it would have benefited from some ambient music as you could here a pin drop”

“Got this hotel last minute and what a find it’s been. Apartment has everything needed. Full complex is spotless. Staff are all lovely Meals have been great with loads of choices. “Had a generally pleasant experience, though a few things could be improved. The grounds are well-kept and the staff are friendly, but the overall feel leans toward catering for package guests. The indoor pool is a bit of a letdown – small and not very inviting. All in all, a decent stay – especially for families – but a few tweaks could go a long way in improving the experience for everyone.”
