“We had an amazing stay at this home! It was absolutely ideal for our extended family vacation. The layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space to relax while still allowing us to gather comfortably for meals and quality time together.The location couldn’t have been better, right across from public beach access, which made it super easy to pop over for morning walks, afternoon swims, and sunset views. We had a small issue with the lock keypad, but the host was incredibly responsive and……

“Stunning view of Back Bay and a quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax. If you enjoy taking pictures, this is a great place to stay. Wildlife in the early mornings, afternoons and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Also, it’s a quick walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was cooler when we went, so we used the pickleball courts more than the swimming pools. Triple bunks were not meant for my taller teenagers, but the pullout/futon couch worked great for them. Susan was super easy……

“Rented at 18 different beach properties over the years, all 11 off us agree, this was the most amazing. It was perfect and kids of all ages (and adults) had a wonderful time. Clean, organized, well stocked, many things to do on property (we had a pickle ball tournament). Can't say enough good things about this property/”

“The house was cute, several things could be updated. Back pool door would not lock with the dead bolt. Made me nervous as i have young children. Upstairs bedroom door knob was on backwards making it impossible to lock and keep the kids in. Even brought child knobs but they could pull the door open. There is also a wasp nest somewhere in the house. We could not find the nest. Luckily the two people in our group that are very allergic did not get stung. We killed 8 wasps during our stay. “The location is amazing and the balcony and covered patio were lovely spaces to lounge and listen to the ocean. The outdoor shower was so perfect—very necessary! The home seems like it is getting older and has seen a lot of wear, but it was pretty clean. ”

“We traveled as a Mens and Womens golf team and this property allowed us to have one team spend their time on the first floor and one team spend their time on the 3rd floor with coaches on the 2nd floor! We can only imagine how great this property would be if the pool was open however the hot tub was great! We only wished there was a complimentary hot tub cleaning when you stay 5 days! Otherwise the house is incredible for a big group as we did team dinners at the massive dinner table! Only……
