“Condo has been nicely updated. However only on space per condo for parking and they are not marked. We came home early New Years Eve and all spots were taken. Luckily we knew others on island and could park at their house and walk but was definitely an inconvenience. Their are 4 condors and room for 5 cars- all were taken ”

“The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. There were also no oven mitts when we stayed which was slightly inconvenient for couple times we used……

My daughter and I could not have been more pleased with the condo, the owner - who answered EVERY question we had leading up to our trip, and the incredibly helpful facility staff. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!”
