“This location is amazing! The ocean was a short walk away and an umbrella and 4 chairs were provided. Our family really enjoyed the time at the beach. However, the kitchen amenities were not as stated in the listing as "a fully equipped kitchen." It was missing basics, like salt and pepper. Only one dishwasher pod was provided, and so there were dirty dishes upon our arrival that we needed to clean prior to eating from them. There was only one dish towel, and no drying rack, so the dish towel……

“We have enjoyed many visits to Captiva Island but this was first since Hurricane Ian. Our unit was in wonderful condition - very attractive and well-supplied with kitchen equipment. We planned to mostly eat in given that not as many restaurants are up and running. We spent our days walking the beach and closely observing the osprey pair on their nest and their favorite perching tree right next to our screened porch.”
