“All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email. ”

“This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. “Excellent location. Convenient and clean room for family of 4. It was big enough for us as our 4 small suitcases fit under the beds, but if you travel with anything beyond check-in size suitcases there is only space for 2 on the ground. Check-in & out was super easy, staff was very helpful. The only downside was that the dryers could only handle tiny loads.
