“The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. “We had the loveliest stay in this little piece of heaven place. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was super clean and ready for us to settle in. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with all essential supplies, we used the kitchen a lot during our stay and it was perfect. It was in a prime location, we walked to the beach with our two young boys, walked downtown, walked everywhere…we loved it. Mornings were the best, we could hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze and hear……

“Great location and stay! We will definitely be back. ”

“The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. ”

“We love Avila and this place gives you quick access to the beach as it is just behind Avila Market. It is tucked in tight behind the businesses that run along the beach. There is a peek-a-boo view to the beach, but we value a quick walk to the beach over a view and a parking spot. Inside is very cute, clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We had four staying there and it was comfortable. There is no A/C but you are just steps from the beach, so go enjoy it. We'd stay again!”
