“Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background.”

“The experience was amazing, I was very tired after a flight got delayed so I didn’t get to enjoy all of the hotels amenities but what I did get to see, was amazing. Also the staff was incredibly friendly, including the cleaning lady she was so nice, the only one who was a little too serious was an employee at the front when I asked him for pool hours, but besides that everything was amazing ”
