Starting with the staff to all the amenities the hotel has like jet skies, pádel boards, boats, a private beach, indoor jacuzzi, etc etc I was just extremely happy with my stay. “Good location, right in front of malecon, but is NOT soundproof at all, traffic noise, and bars in the bay too loud. You can't rest at night. And no parking for taxis to drop off or pick up”

But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there.……
