“Es handelt sich um ein riesieges Holzgebäude,das jemand vor mehreren Jahren mit viel Liebe gebaut hat. Es liegt abseits der Straße auf einem Mischgelände aus Kuhwiesen u. Restwald. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, rustikal und nach aussen offen, so dass man abends- wenn man nicht von Moskitos zerfressen werden will- kein Licht benutzen sollte. Das Personal wirkte unmotiviert, unfreudlich u. wenig hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken bekommt man direkt eine Liste mit Aktivitäten, gezeigt u. natürlich die……

“This is not a typical hotel or cabin stay. If you want luxury, keep looking. The food and accommodations are quite basic but serve the purpose. The real bonus about staying here is the great access to being very close to the nature of Costa Rica. The purpose of my trip was birding, so please be advised that I speak from this perspective, and fancy accommodations and other excursions were not important to me during this stay. “It’s a fantastic lodge in the middle of the kungör. The cabins are very rustic, but has electricity and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi in the public building. Good food, wine and beer in the restaurant. Nice tours in the jungle and fantastic personel. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, than you get a five star experience.”

“The setting is lovely with beautiful trails and riverside-views. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, setting up tours and answering questions. The food was top notch with great plant-forward options. The riverside room had AC which was an added perk. Although the room itself was fairly basic, it was very clean and met our needs to be able to enjoy the surroundings. ”
