“The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is not up to 5 star standards, and the choice are very limited. The beach are so beautiful and generally the facilities are good, yet the kids club closed at 6pm is not convenient to family with kids. Staff at the front desk are very nice, however staffs working in F&B outlets are impolitely or even no greetings to guest, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. They should have more training.”

“首先，这个价格肯定是超值的！房间采光很好，很干净，spa浴缸很不错，而且洗浴间一点味道没有。酒店内部园林建的也很不错。泳池适中，而且以不同的深度分了区域，很合理。早餐也不错。美中不足地方稍偏，别墅之间稍微离的有点近，还有就是私人泳池边休息的地方稍显局促。总体很棒！”

“The host was kind and helpful. The room, while enormous, was shabby and musty. The clth covered furniture was badly stained, the bedding had torn sheets and pillowcases, the cloth covering the refrigerator had something on it and was in need of washing, the bathroom was really in need of s thorough scrub.
