“飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。”

Aunque el establecimiento es pequeño, es tranquilo, moderno y perfecto para descansar y conocer la ciudad. ¡Tuvimos suerte de encontrar disponibilidad! “A lovely unique hotel with delightful service. We were staying there during the blackout and the staff put together food and brought in to all the rooms along with candles and battery lamps. The staff worked so hard to make us comfortable and kept us updated on the power outage. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Would stay there again and again. ”

I appreciate that they try to spread the guests over multiple rooms when they are not overbooked, so even though there were several guests staying, I shared the room with only one other person.
