“I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,……

“This property is for those who want seclusion and privacy. No long lines or chaos just tranquil beauty. It was always calm. The service was amazing! The property itself is breathtaking. Convenient short walk to beach, no fighting over an umbrella or table. Towel and food and drink service on the beach is prompt. Complimentary kayaks and glass bottom boats. “Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
